Has anyone used one of these compensation companies that advertise on the TV ?? Not looking to discuss the morals of claiming compensation etc just looking for advice on which ambulance chasing firm are the best and which will take the least of any money we are awarded.
Used one called Flight Reclaim when Ryanair fucked us over (group of 20 plus bikers) 15 months ago, coming back from Italy. Waste. Of. Time. And. Space.
Myself and better half in the car, hit from behind (and pushed down the road) by HGV changing lanes, didn't see us as he was watching his mirrors and not the traffic in front. I had whiplash and injury to shoulder, other half had mild whiplash.
Let me say up front I have no experience. BUT, I like reading Andrew Daltons column from Dalton White. I'd go for him, apparently claims firms are jobsworths many aren't even solicitors. I'd go to Dalton but in any event a specialist qualified injury clam solicitor. TB
