  2. Welcome Cherry Poppin' Stu. :) :upyeah:

  3. Welcome dude

  4. Welcome, what’s the plan with the mirrors then? Bar ends?

  5. Cheers for the welcome guys

    No mirrors required
I’ve always found them distracting so since about 2003 I’ve always removed them on every bike I’ve had

  6. Aim high & score high nothing wrong with that format:motorcycleduc:,welcome aboard.:upyeah:

  7. I hear ya, pointless on my bike as they’re tiny & the 1098 vibrates so much, they’re just pretty much useless anyway, they do spoil the lines on your bike but I think some bar ends & smaller aftermarkets look good.

  8. I’ve been without them so long riding with them seemed strange I just make sure my heads in a swivel

  9. A very good discipline to have in your everyday armour on the public roads.:upyeah:

  10. Welcome along Stuart

  11. Welcome m8 , been dabbling with the idea of going mirrorless myself since the 848 ones are abysmal anyway , use the CBT shoulder swivel mostly , way more effective in slow town traffic and not needed at warp 9

  12. Hi & welcome

  13. Fully agree plus you can always use the sorry officer I didn’t see your blue lights in my mirrors hence the reason I didnt stop when the knock on the door comes

  14. Hi and welcome to the forum well done for popping your cherry on one beautiful motorcycle
I brought a 1199 s last year unfortunately now sold due to it being so uncomfortable for my old bone
But I did love riding it just couldn't do the miles on it so brought a 1200 PP multistrada
And like you I took my mirrors off but did replace them with bar end mirrors and although smaller you could see so much more

  15. I had a CRG Arrow bar end on my V4 which gave a good view behind, no vibration at all.

Oh yes, forgot to say, it’s on eBay now as I have recently sold the V4. Will fit a 1299. o_O

  16. Welcome and enjoy
