  3. 1.2 billion peoples data found on unsecured (american) cloud server
    Russia Today
    The noteable part about this is that the FBI vanished the data once it was informed. Just like they vanished hillarys home server controversy to cover up her illegal actions.

  4. Good luck dude.

  5. Appreciate that Paul, didn't notice I'd wrote that. Surivial was however very murky in my darkest days in 2017 after two brain operations. Now I am a shining beacon that we should never allow American companies into the NHS. Because of the unfathomable profits they seek & reliquish from their own citizenry in USA. And there own version of healthcare is keep people stuck or addicted to drugs. Instead of actually fixing & caring for peoples wellbeing.

  6. Cruise Autonomous Car Drives Aimlessly For An Hour

    ---plus--

    Anyone investing in Sonos speakers aka smart speakers tech;
    They have announced that they will not support legacy devices over two years old. And this is the admitted trend by american companies for your 'IoT device',...

  7. You sure that car journey was in the states? I mean, an hour driving and not one single drive through food stop?

  8. For many years I have worked in the Automation and Manufacturing Industry. If you think the spy in the home is worrying then the current interest in IIOT (Industrial Internet Of Things) and it potential for the consequences of hacking would blow your mind. On a regular basis I am shocked by what customers want to control and monitor over the net just so that they can sit in the comfort of there home and control their factory from a mobile or PC. The naivety of some people regards there confidence in web security makes me cringe. I much prefered the days when manufacting equipment was not connected to the net but unfortunately new Industrial control equipment is coming out daily with these features and the Management want them without due consideration if they need them. Its sexy to show potential customers how you can switch on a equipment the other side of the world, wait till a hacker gets hold of your Industrial Robot........

  9. I used to have a device that cooked a meal, knew what I wanted, brought it to me and then took the stuff away.

    Then in a single stroke of a pen, that all stopped. The judge gave her the house too

  11. People seem more than willing to accept AI and give away their freedom. Not that there is any freedom left.

  12. More badnews for anyone using google for photos&video storage.

    Google admits it let random strangers download your videos… as it seeks monthly fee for rifling through your photos

  13. I've checked quite a few american news sites & been unable to view content. This is the message they display'

    451: Unavailable due to legal reasons

    So it would seem that usa doesn't want to follow rules set by other countries on cookies & the like. So instead they just block EU citizens from access. I'm actually loving this, let usa_fascists wall off their entire collapsing nation from civilised cultures. The information I was gathering was about a white-dude pointing a AR-15 at four bikers & a car-driver at the end of his persived drive way. The idiotic man announces he will kill several of them & when police arrrive he is the one arrested.
