848 Bike Crashed, Tell Me Wich Parts I Need To Order/change So Bike Can Work Again Properly

  2. The way that has been crashed IT WILL NOT RIDE THE SAME as it used to.we all love our bikes but not only will it not ride right it could be dangerous.

    It's an 848, no shortage of them, and you're alive.

    Salvage what you can and move on.

  6. Hemapthoma in the brain.

    Nothing else, I couldn't walk 1 day later because when I hit the car probably my legs hit the mirrors or fuel tank and between my genitalia I got hit. but after next day all went well and I was good. But my soul is still crying for my 848 and I do not have any chance for insurnace since my bike wasn't registered and I know that sucks, I learned my lesson, next bike will be Panigale 1299S and I will even pay for registration + custom insurance, I'm not from USA, I'm from small country in Europe and it's women fault wich hit me since she blocked whole road when I was driving, the road was empty and she came from non-where and blocked the whole road and I couldn't do anything, even brakes didn't help.

    I'm not smart what to do anymore, I know the bike won't be same but again I don't know. I'm thinking about to order new parts and to send bike to official Ducati service.

  10. I guess it comes down to the question, ‘what is the bike?’
    Is it the frame? Is it the engine?

    the frame is knackered, as is a lot of it. So repairing it will not only cost a packet but it won’t be the same bike anymore anyway

  11. So my boys you wanna say even if it's repaired with brand new parts, the engine will never work same + bike won't be same ?

    I already found 848 with 7k miles on it wich is 2012 and it's stealth and will buy it for sure but still I will miss my bike...

  13. I would agree with everyone else, it's fubared.

    As you were not insured I understand your dillema but to be honest, the amount of money you would spend on repairing that, you could buy another exact same model, cheaper and keep the fubared one as a spares bike, there must be some bits worth saving

    That bike, no bueno, let me put you in context, if it was a parrot

    Not sure I understand how this happened then? I know you said it was a woman, but baffles me as to how?
    Surely riding an un licenced and not insured bike was a stupid risk to take? Given you could have had life changing injuries or worse?:astonished: ​

If you want to know, I was driving for 1 year straight without licence, unregistered and didn't had any problems, driven like 20k km's for this year, been to capital city, there, here, visited many places and never had any problems and that trash woman just destroyed me and my bike in my city where I am from and as I told you I've been to capital city of my country, on highway, never had any problems with police, with people wich drive anywhere and that's what happend, she came from nonwhere, blocked whole road, I was like 2 meters far away from her and I didn't had any chance to evade, I tried to go left where the part of road wasn't blocked but till I reached that part she blocked that part too and that's when I hit her.
