Is The 950 Frame The Same As The 939/821? Engine Guards

  1. Hi all.
Really liking the Cnc Racing Accomac Engine guards

but they don't list them for the 950. Just the 939/821

Now i know the press release said ducati saved weight on the 950 by using different thicknesses of tubing on the frame.
However im assuming the width and angles of the frame at the top engine mount where crash bars would go will be exactly the same as the 939 as the engine block is the same.
Iv asked cnc racing if they fit but no reply. I then asked evotech performance if their engine bars from the 939 will fit the 950 and they said yes so the frame width must be the same just need to double check the angle of the frame rail that these accomac bars rest against.

Does anyone have access to both a 950 and a 939/821 to measure?

  2. Yes, same frame. I’ve just fitted my crash protection from my 939 on my new 950

  3. Did you manage to fit them? I was also thinking about these.
I had R&G stuff fitted onto my Dorsoduro before and they bent in a slightest crash.

  4. By the way, has anyone low-sided Hypermotard 939/950 here? Just wanted to know what gets damaged to order protection.
