OYB open Sunday's from the weekend after Easter till end of September and are plenty busy on a Sunday.
DMC have three dealerships in the north-west are you telling me they can’t keep the main showroom open on a Sunday with the amount of stuff they have got! On the days that I do go out on the Sunday and head south from Manchester I can guarantee you J&S Bill Smiths Woods in Abergele are absolutely rammed with Sunday shoppers which spells into Monday to resume the service department. Don’t get me wrong I use Ducati Manchester when I need too and I always find them very helpful and also bought a bike from Preston but if they aren’t open I can’t use them so go somewhere else.
This is exactly it. Everyone deserves a Weekend, and everyone deserves a day off when their family has off. You want good service? Treat your employees well. Otherwise the best of them will work elsewhere. Rex
Unless you are the owners of the franchise, you don't work in motorcycle shops to earn millions, you do it because (most of the time), you love bikes so why shouldn't they have a day off when they can ride and catch up with their mates too.
