  1. Rea rocks up for one day blasts the whole field into the weeds sets fastest time buy a big margin and wasnt trying too hard
    Toprak 2nd on the Yamaha
    Scott 3rd

Rea deserves a moto gp ride

  2. he should though as he’s on a bike that’s at the end of its development.
Everyone else is playing catch up to the sheer amount of data Kawasaki have.

He’s too old and it would be too much of a steep learning curve in my opinion for him to get competitive in GP

It doesn’t seem like people are lining up offering him rides either

  3. A good interview with him from 2018 - talks about MotoGP - he’s got his head screwed on and knows where he is best off.

  4. Big fish, small pond to small fish, big pond. He’s right to stay where he is and keep winning.

  5. Honda seem to be doing okay for a brand new ground up bike thus far.

bmw seem to be struggling still. Although I imagine it’ll smash the stock classes in bsb this year and roads as usual

funny that the two best stockers are the two cheapest. The gixxer and the bmw (base models)

  6. Why is Laverty so slow? honestly he's really really underperforming IMHO even for jumping on a new bike.

  7. Another title for Rea, will be watching just for 2nd spot battles. lol

  8. it’s always so hard to tell. It could be anything. The parameters at those boys pace are so fine. The smallest thing or lack of feel in an area can be worth huge amounts of time

  9. and he’s old enough to retire.

  10. I'd like to see Jonny swaps seats with Marc Marquez & vice versa for this season, just so that we get a different champion for a change.

  11. I’d put more money on Marquez still being a champion than Rae being top 6

  12. He's a tough competitor to beat on any sunday and your probably right.:upyeah:

  13. Just hope for some close racing

  14. Agree with the comments above, unfortunately it looks like for the first half the season Jonny will dominate. If Alex is stronger than Haslam was last year it will hurt Jonny because he’ll loose revs, especially seeing as I think Redding will be stronger than Chaz. (I hate to say that as I prefer Chaz out of the two)

  15. Don’t underestimate Toprak!

  17. This clearly illustrates how incredible modern superbikes really are - in 2010 this would have beaten Biaggi’s fastest lap!

We can buy this bike - and don’t need bottomless pockets to do so!

n.b. Scott’s talent is not included in the purchase price!
