Oh yes you do. The injured party (making a claim for industrial injury some years ago) described how the 'accident' happened. A mitigating factor (in the company's favour) was the claimant's "Crass stupidity" (the Judge's words). I was in court for 'The Company'. I felt for the guy, afterall, he was still short of a couple of fingers and having to stand there and recieve that message couldn't have been easy.
