One of my neighbours is about 25-30, probably. They rent and have no kids. Totally irresponsible I thought as he spends his weekends just washing and polishing his cars. He's got 3. One BMW, a Merc, and an MX2. Maybe he is not as dumb as I thought. Buys 5 year old high-end cars for not very much money. I would guess that they are ex-PCP or ex- lease hire cars that have just been given back.
