Hi All Here is a TomTom 550 rider, its the motorcycle edition, as above used for 1,000 miles only, just had the maps updated and the firmware, really good rugged unit and waterproof to boot, comes with the tom-tom mount and extra fixing kits. the unit is in good condition. £250.00 Any questions fire away Posted RMSD and insured to the value of the unit.
I bought it last May/June but cannot find the receipt. It was bought from the sports bike warehouse who are really good.
I have the Ducati sat nav on my multistrada that I bought in October of last year, I bout this last year for a previous bike that I had, it’s been sat in the garage ever since.
Not sure of the handlebar set up that you have, included with the sat nav is a clamp that may fit on your handle bar, then you will need a power feed, if you have a look on the Tomtom web site you will see the included fitting kit.
#Robgsi, my RAM mount (for nav placement) is through the hollow stem center of the top fork clamp. You need to secure it with a bung from underneath. The hole on the bottom clamps has a small black round cover on it. It pop offs using a small screwdriver. Not much space between this bottom hole and top of front mudguard so be careful if you have a carbon front mudguard. You'll also need a few very short ratchet extension bars as not enough room to slide one long ratchet extension up there. Others on here have done it and posted pics. Use Forum search button. For power I run a neat Optimate converter from the Optimate charging lead plug on my battery to the nav. Unplugs when not needed. https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/attachments/ram-jpg.50086/&imgrefurl=https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/ram-stem-mount.33271/page-2&tbnid=v70ChZhcjpGq9M&vet=12ahUKEwi5yYroyI_oAhWY_4UKHfC-AeIQMygDegUIARCYAg..i&docid=ygMcZG9DYEfYYM&w=1600&h=1200&q=RAM mount through stem hole on Ducati panigale&ved=2ahUKEwi5yYroyI_oAhWY_4UKHfC-AeIQMygDegUIARCYAg
Ta, didn’t want to hijack thread. But it’s a good neat solution. Would photo mine but away so can’t do a decent photo spread.
