Gary, the genuine engine bars & the evotech bash plate will not fit together as the part the goes along the bottom of the radiator gets in the way of each other.....well it does on my 1260
Agree, I sold my Touratech / DP crash bars because of this. The Touratech / DP oil and water radiator and extended bellypan protection are sitting in my garage awaiting offers. If you wanted to swap out for Touratech / DP protection and keep the crashbars then drop me a PM. They're in my way and £75 posted would take the lot (spoiler: that's a pre-haggled price and very cheap).
SW Motech crashbars fit OK with either a mudguard extension or with rad guards on the DVT's... I just fitted a set. They are pretty cheap to buy at Sportsbike shop too.

I have nothing brilliant unfortunately, cos I only pulled it out the garage once since fitting them. Maybe these will help ?
Here's a few more. Really easy to fit and my only niggle is the bit that fits on the engine bolt catches on your trousers until you get used to it being there. Seem sturdy enough but hope not to test that bit.

Flatter than the standard so your nuts aren't quashed against the tank. There's more foam too so it's about 20mm taller. 100% fits a DVT. That's what I have.
