at this rate my stand will be worth more than my bike soon. wtf https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-9...541053?hash=item1f0f59f9bd:g:2MAAAOSwZ-RerZsT
I’ve never worked out if there is supposed to be some pole with it to go in that hole! Pain in the arse to use anyway especially with the spring loaded retracting stand
I got one last year, ok with one person but need to do it a few times to get the knack of it, simple with two, got mine as its more compact and fits the bike in the space i have for it, better to keep it up right then on the side stand.
You have to stand on the buggers to lift the bike up. Only good for indoor bikes, so they can fit under the stairs
I never use it but keep it and the original cover (which are supposed to turn to dust) together incase I ever sell it as apparently they are wanted items
They end up a bear traps on the garage floor, snaring your leg everytime you go in that unused corner.
If its free, I will take off your hands Siddo. Only because I have all of the other original stuff and I foolishly gave mine away. But as mentioned above, they are a pain to use and a pain to store and I too have had my ankle ravaged by stepping into it. I would agree, £10 is about right
Strange piece of equipment that is rubbish at what it is actually for but makes a classic bike that bit more saleable, I wonder if the fanatics needing all the original bits actually use them
Fooking shite. No wheels, no attachment for the rod that goes through your wheel to stop it moving when you want to take it off. Fooking shite.
