2-bike Trailer

  1. Anyone got any recommendations for a 2-bike trailer? Would need to be fairly solid as one is a Multi and the other is a Tracer 900 GT, both with panniers and top boxes. Ideally one that doesn't take up too much space when not in use. Would be used for European travel.

  2. Get something with 13” wheels and with the capacity to carry the two bikes . They aren’t exactly lightweight

Something like this , but will need space for stowing.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/323878586360
Have you looked at hiring ?

  4. That one looks pretty sturdy, thanks. Will do some more research!

  5. I’ve been steered away from a two-bike trailer in favour of a three bike trailer, even if you only have two bikes. With a three bike trailer the trailer isn’t unbalanced when only carrying one bike like it is on a two-biker. It made sense to me.

  6. that does make sense...

  7. Fair price for trailer, but £500 to deliver? They can f**k right off.

  8. When using one bike, bolt the tray in the middle. When using two bikes, bolt the trays either side.

  9. I use this for my race bike trips. Rock solid, twin axle and no prying eyes. Also full weather protection. I did get my KTM 990 Adventure in there after removing mirrors and screen. 115cm wide might be too narrow for both of your bikes.
