  7. Continued my efforts to produce an authentic French baguette. Almost there. The wife says I am too heavy handed withe second stage kneading so it will be over to her for that next time. Takes 3 days from start to finish

  8. I've just received a thumbs up from the muckaway driver on the highway a minute ago,as i've just given him some extra work / loads so he's happy.

  15. Looking good, are you using any old strong white flour or can you get the French flour somewhere?
     
  16. Its French T55 flour. Bought on t'internet from a mill in Wiltshire.
    Had to buy 7.5 kilos cost £14 with postage
