  2. Best to give him a call to check. He may buy them in for you? If you do call him please say David Phillips recommended him to you. Maybe @brettski will be happy for you to mention him too, it can only help if 2 of his regulars recommend you to each other.

  3. Yeah, absolutely I'd have a chat with him first, and mention the both of you. I'm ok for this year as I've begrudgingly booked with the garage I've been with since having the bike. But next service they won't be having my custom.

  4. No worries :upyeah: he did the de-cat and mapped Jo’s 959 earlier in the year for us

  6. and he's an Elephant :)

  7. well, hes a lil tubby but i wouldnt call him an elephant... bit harsh....

  8. if the garage is offering the warranty, the garage gets to decide what parts they supply/fit. tough, but true.

  9. Baby elephant

  10. Yeah, all well and good. But he fitted them for me a couple of years back !!

  11. Think I'll be going there next year. Neil has got an excellent reputation :upyeah:

  12. i feel your pain but i wonder whats changed. tho i do fit customer supplied parts from folks i know, i wont fit belt kits supplied by them and i only fit Gates. what customers maybe don't realize is the mark up on parts help to subsidize the labour.

  13. Dunno, but he's fucked me off enough that I won't be going there again. He certainly charges enough , but there we are, his loss.
