Checked my generator over for next Tuesday. It’s been so long since it last came out, the petrol in it had turned brown. Still, oil level and colour is good as it has only done about 3 hours, put fresh petrol and it fired about 4th pull. Dragged the tyre warmers out and plugged them in. Two birds, one stone, tyre warmers work fine so the generator is obviously working as well. Trailer to look at tomorrow and then the V4 on Thursday. Now sat dismantling a pair of 6 hole, 15mm offset, Brembo cast iron, fully floating, race discs for a good clean and a fresh set of bobbins in preparation to sell on. Fancy a takeaway tonight, just need to summon the energy to get off my backside. Andy
I ran out of coffee this morning. Tequila seemed like a reasonable alternative. Everyone seems so nice today
Feeling stuffed courtesy of the Chancellor. Just got in from a fantastic curry with £40 off for four of us. It was great to get out and eat to celebrate no 2 get in my her first real job (secured during lockdown). Cheers Rishi. PS No doubt the chancellor will stuff us in a different way soon
Cleared all fault codes on my black Ugly! It means I don't have to sell as a non-runner now. Hard to say definitively the cause but may have been corrosion between heatsink and ECU main body compromising the earthing of same.
I would love to do that - max out on a curry. I haven't done it for at least 10 years, I'm in weight-losing mode though so will have to wait a few months.
Staying up too late watching the snooker World Championships. Used to play with my grandpa when I were a spotty teen - he claimed to have been told to go professional by the great Joe Davies and was bloody good.
I got a 7 x 3.5ft table at home it’s 8 x 4 with the dining tops on we intend to use that for table tennis soon too ...I really enjoy the snooker was watching Murphy struggle last night
