Hi All, I am a new 950 SP owner and just a question about where the stock cans join the Y link pipe. Is it normal for these not to be 100% sealed as on both sides there is a little exhaust gas leak. Nothing major but wondering if this is a feature? Thanks in advance.
Welcome and enjoy. Not sure that the 950 SP has any factory installed leaks. Seriously though, I shunt really know, but it doesn't somehow seem right. Sure someone will be along to help.
Maybe they were all Friday afternoon built bikes! Bit basic to be sent out of the factory with a blatant exhaust leak. I've solved mine by swapping to SC cans which fit like a glove and no leaks!
