I buy what Ducati say, on mine it’s Shell Advanced stuff, might be pricey but when I am riding my mind is not on if it’s going to blow up.

 

They recommend Shell because they are paid to.

Any oil if the recommended viscosity and type is fine.

Just change it as frequently as they suggest.
