I'm keeping out of the way of SWMBO, who's decided to paint the utility room and the decorator she's got in to paint the main wall in the hall and up the stairs.
I was in awe, the universe/sky has thrown up some amazing views from seeing ISS to last nights silent storm to crystal blue skies at lockdown to watching space dragon I have loved this year
Had the same here last night. The sky turned purple for abbot an hour solid, all that changed was the brightness. There was a constant roast of rolling thunder fore about as long and after an hour or all stopped. No rain. Them about two hours later or came lashing down until the early hours. Weird. Today was a stinker again. The only difference here is that temperature wise this is what summer is like in Vietnam - no surprise there. The thunder storm of last night is the strangest I have seen here.
I love to be able to go to work. I don't envy those on 80% pay who are able to go to the seaside, or enjoy cycle rides to the pub. Fuck that.
Been farkling on the 620ie today (well and yesterday!).....OEM seat cowl (v nasty fittings) CNC bar end mirrors (crap expanding fittings) , OEM rubber footrests (difficult spring inserting), mirror mount plugs L&R hand threads (easy!), adjustable clutch/brake controls (easy!), OEM reservoir caps (easy!) .......Delkevic Carbons were fitted a couple of weeks back, very very light compared to stock (fiddly, but good fittings and helpful company)......Competition Werkes tail chop, new LED indicators (Oxford Jupiters) and new LED tail/brake light in hand....
Ssssssssh - the top fairing is on!! Had to order some new wellnuts but worked around the ones that didn't want to be wellnuts anymore. Odd how many Ducati dealers dont stock such a basic item - off to do battle now with the rest of the Ducati Rubiks cube they call a fairing - got a fan in the shed now so lifes looking cooler.
He suffers terribly with his chest!!! I have seen him with a dust mask when he's using the grinder, Sometimes!!!
