Panigale Exhaust Compatibility

  1. hi all, had a search but can't find a definitive answer, are the full aftermarket systems compatible between the 1199 and 1299, ie Termingoni
    Cheers

  2. No one know???

  3. Have a look at the parts list for both. Easily found on line. One set is a 3 screw flange (as per my 899)the 1299 I believe has a clamp that joins the 2 exhaust parts together.

  4. O/E exhausts where the y piece clamps are not compatible AFAIK. I would assume the Termi aftermarket ones will be the same; as are the Termi silencers on my 899. Can’t speak for Akra or other systems.

  5. FULL systems will all fit, cans not so, think Termis 1199 and akra 1299

  6. Blimey had a search for part numbers, but still not clear was hoping someone here has experience

  7. Cheers for info :upyeah:

  8. Sorry for muddying the waters re your initial post. Full system issue will be how the headers fit to each exhaust outlet on the cylinder head. Between the 11 & 1299 systems. I’d have thought a call to a dealer would clear that up.

  9. As Simmy says - full systems fit any of the V-Twin Panigale’s.

The header pipes on the stock 899/1199 are 55mm diameter and on the 959/1299 they are 60mm.

The termi and Akra systems are 60mm.

The bolt pattern and fitting are the same on all of the cylinder heads - the gasket is the same part number for all of them!

I think only consideration in interchanging a 1299 system with an 1199 is the heat shield mounting point but I don’t think there’s anything insurmountable.
