Helmetcity

  1. Hello friends, my query is directed to any of you who have bought in helmetcity on some occasion. I am worried, because 10 days ago, I placed an order for a helmet, and until today, from the moment of placing the order, it only puts Order in process. 3 days ago I sent them an email asking them about the issue, but they have not responded. I don't know if this is normal, but in the digital age, it doesn't seem like it to me. One thing is that they use a shipping method, more or less fast, but 10 days after paying, that they continue to process the order, and do not even answer the emails, it does not seem like a very serious company, really. It is the first experience I have with them, but I think it will be the last, for me, and for the ducatist circle that I represent, in life and in business, seriousness, they are worth more than a good price

  4. They may well be busy but 10 days is a long time after order, have they actually taken payment or is the money still in your account but pending payment upon shipping?

  7. paid with paypal, and charged to my account at the moment I have the paypal payment receipt

I think I will wait until Thursday that I have paid it for two weeks, then I will claim the return to paypal, and if necessary I will put a very negative review on google, as I say, it does not seem serious, not because of the delay, there may be some problem and nothing happens to wait, I have more than 10 helmets, what bothers me is that they do not answer the emails.

  11. Have you checked the payment has actually been made ?

    I have thousands of PP transactions, but around 2 months ago - they changed one of my payments into an e-cheque (which I had never even heard of) for some reason. They took my money from my account, but did not pay it to the OP for 7 working days ( a fortnight in normal speak)

    Paypal as normal, were like two left legs and just told me it was an e-cheque (yeah, I know you stupid cow, that's why I called to ask why you had done that)

    Neither I, my bank, or the seller could do fuck all about it .....eventually it 'cleared' and the seller sent my stuff.

  13. Well, in the rest of Spain, I don't know, but in my house we have already crossed the border of the 21st century, we buy online in England, Germany, France, etc etc, sometimes we are even able to make purchases OnLine to China hehehehehehe.

    Time seriously, it is easier in any transaction, do it by email, there are no problems with the coverage, the conversation is reflected, and I think it is better than bothering, when we do not even have the same hours in the country, nor the same working hours.

  14. I got a new lid from HelmetCity two weeks ago, all went well, no problems with the transaction or delivery, I would recommend them.
     
  15. I've always found Helmet City to be an excellent company, not just with buying from them, but also in dealing with any issues I've had with a product, post-buying.
    To me this is likely to be due to them being pretty busy and also for what it's worth, I believe that on Mondays , currently they are closed. This is, or at least it was, due to Covid-19.

    If it might help you out, why not PM one of us on the forum, with details of your order, delivery number and the like and we can email/call them directly on your behalf and then give you feedback.
    Just a thought.

  16. They finally answered me yesterday, and they gave me a tracking number, the issue is that according to the tracking, the package goes through Portsmouth, I don't know if they send the shipments by ship.

    Well, it's the same, as I said I'm not in a hurry, thank you very much for your interest, friends, and I'm sorry to bother you, well this, which ends well
