Hi all, Just to introduce myself, I'm rob from Manchester. Currently into my classic Japanese bikes as me and my dad share a collection of bits of stuff from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Currently rebuilding a Suzuki Gt750 (kettle) engine. However, earlier this year I've been looking at getting abit more of a modern classic sports bike. Initially a 916 but as I'm 24 (even with 5 years no claims) the insurance companies dont wanna know. Even if I tell them my other bikes a 1961 AJS!. So I am on the look out for a 748 Biposto. I'm a big fan of keeping stuff standard so I'm hoping to find a nice original example. I have been bobbing about this forum the past few month but thought it would be best to get an account. I do fancy the biposto in red. I've seen the yellow ones but they are just not doing it for me. I thought Ducatis had to be red. Like Kawasaki's have to he green????
It's a thing, they are all nice really but it still has to be yellow, i recently came round to it after seeing one yesterday.
