  4. My 250 is a 1967, but with a UK registration that ends with H. I know that it is 1967 because it is known as a narrowcase and is Italian. DSCN0695s.JPG

  5. No , it's not just you
    .... relax.... :)

For me it's all about that " buried treasure " dream .....
.... and in my case it's a Vincent Black Shadow .

But any Vincent would do just fine ....
I don't want to come across as picky .... Ha !

  6. About 25 years ago a mate of mine was delivering some fertiliser to a farm and spotted an old bike in a barn, he asked the farmer about it and was shown that one and the other four sitting there! One was for riding around on the farm and the rest were for spares when needed!
We never did get him to divulge the location...

  7. Ok a couple more pics confirming that’s it’s an Italian bike , more to follow when I get a better phone signal

  8. Look at the crankcase, (as suggested) they are easy to read.. for true confirmation. Engine number is on the crank split, next to the barrel :upyeah:

  19. The same as mine, not sure how you would ride it in the UK with speed cameras etc these days. If you do 30 on the phone GPS then the speedo shows between 20 and 50 as it jumps all over the place.
