I am looking to get my first Bike and love the Monster 821. I will go for some test-rides but before then trying to understand the difference between the models from the last few years. They all seem to have similar look, TFT display, riding modes, ABS, DTC etc and I can't find anywhere that compares them online. Can anyone help? 2nd-hand might be the way to go if they're all similar bikes.
Welcome to the Forum Michael, welcome to the biker's world and a good choice with Ducati , only Italian bikes have soul. I can't help you with the differences other than what one might find with a Google search but I'm sure someone will be along shortly to advise. However, if this is your first bike, and if not done so already, you may want to get some insurance quotes first of all as, depending on your age and where you live, that might influence whatever bike you decide upon.
