It’s the monkeys typing Shakespeare argument. The concept of infinity is impossible to get your head around, but if it’s not a thing, there must be something on the other side of the universe/galaxy etc, hence God exists

He is a big proponent of the many worlds/multiverse theory, which in summary is that the quantum wave function doesn't so much collapse as infinite versions of it branch off, fractal like, to create infinite alternative realities. This is one of my favourite subjects/hobbies. In fact one of my semi-pipedream/semi-possible plans for the next 5-10 yrs was to take my practice part-time and move to Florence to study particle physics and cosmology. Unfortunately Brexit has probably screwed the pooch as far as that is concerned.

Anyway, it's been proved beyond a reasonable doubt, just check the scientific literature. the evidence would stand close examination in any court in any jurisdiction. In some instances the life form being studied is evolving before our eyes because their life cycle is so rapid. Science deniers will see us back to the stone age eating mung beans, bowing to carved statues and voting for trump; no time for them. Luddites. However, I do like the multi-verse theory, at least in one universe I am tall, rich and hung like a new forest pony.
Btw evolution is real. It’s this theoretical science that is made up. As is everything until it’s proven Except speeding. That’s real whether you did it or not, according to the law And covid. It’s all 100% true. Even if the stats don’t suggest it. But it is. Coz The Man says so
