is this new information?they knew that before.

 

The engine will be called the V4 Granturismo.

 

so it will sound like a v2...
i would prefer the sound of o proper v4.in the end its a v4.why it must sound like something else?

 

Maybe it switches to 2 cylinder or 4 cylinder - 2 Cylinders for offroad?

Yeap, nothing after 3:31. Hopefully it gets fixed quickly. Until that point there are two pieces of info missing:

• Is the 60K km interval relevant only to the valve check? what about oil changes? are they still 15K km? Do I remember correctly that this motor's timing is chain and not belt driven?
• At what RPM is the max torque output? What percentage of that comes low down?

and it has valve springs now...which isn't surprising for a few reasons... They are more compact, have developed a long way since the days of serious valve float, and mainly the fact the V4 won't rev anywhere near as hard as in the Panigale. Still it's a big shift for Ducati.

 

Strange torque curve info.
The numbers say it makes less peak torque than the twin and that its peak is further up the rev range.

 

1260 is 156 BHP at 9500 RPM and 130Nm Torque at 7500 rpm

V4 is 170 BHP at 10500 RPM and 125 Nm Torque at 8750 rpm


Streetfighter V4

is 208 BHP at 12750 and 123Nm Torque at 11500 rpm
