Bevel Twin Crankshaft Rebuild

Discussion in 'Vintage' started by Dave450, Oct 30, 2020.

  1. Hello everyone, a question for anyone here who has had a bevel twin crankshaft rebuilt in the UK recently: Who would you recommend?

I would have given it to Nigel Lacey but he tells me he only does singles now. I already asked Made in Italy and Mdina Italia.

  2. Ah, Paddy, thank you. Will do, thanks!

  3. Thank you, Fire 3500, I will bear them in mind.

  4. What bike do you own Dave450? The S2 and Mille had plain bearing big ends.

  5. A Mille crank does fit earlier bevels with a bit of work.....

  6. Rick - It's a roller bearing crank from a 1980 Darmah SD.

  7. Another recommendation for Paul at DTS. Have used him on and off for 30 years or so.
