My sol has emailed me and in polite solicitor speak, has told me to shut the fook up! If she succeeds in winning me a good sum then I'll be eating humble pie as part of my diet! If she fails hen I will just wish that I had been more rude! Oh, for a crystal ball! She said:"As I have highlighted, I am not worried about the fact that the Defendant and Hastings have not taken responsibility for the accident as yet." Oh, OK. On a different note: I got p1ssed off with BBC Radio 4 and switched to Times Radio. Now, they are starting to annoy! Just heard some dipstick say that with the vaccine, we can all look forward to flying and staying in Holiday Inns again. But I never want to fly again, or stay in a Holiday Inn. Why is it assumed that his is what we are all gagging to do? Maybe I am in a minority of one!

STFU.... to settle out of court you have to be in court....let it run its course... besides the smarmy solicitors have got to kick the arse out of it for their cut!
I seem to recall seeing it in one of your these about this but if your medical conduction hasn’t stabilised yet or the full extent of your loss of amenity (ie: how long you’ve been prevented from driving/riding etc) then it will be tricky to quantity your damages. Perhaps that’s what’s holding things up. Has your sol issued the claim yet?
