No rush, as My driving license has been cancelled. I am considering just sticking to my ST2 and ST3 rather than get anything new when a)I get my driving license sorted and b) when my compensation is settled. I have Ducati hard panniers for my ST2 but my ST3 has done less miles and would be my preferred bike when I get going. At the moment, I can do maintenance as they are both off the road. So, has anyone got hard panniers for the ST3 that they would like to sell? I need the fitting kit that they come with, as well. Slightly complicated as I have Ducati Performance pipes on which I think may sweep up slightly higher than standard. So would need dimensions. I am thinking of buying now in preparation as I've got the time to fit. Contact me if you've anything that may be of interest - or anything else interesting for the ST3!
Hi PerryL, I have a complete set that I have been considering to sell since the bags have NEVER been used. The hardware is on the bike, and the blinkers will come along. The postage from Greece would be quite high, I think. I am interested but it may be hard to get them to England.
Let me check first. The Greek post office is usually much cheaper than the UK's or others. It will take some time though since all courier companies are on the red with Christmas deliveries. I will inform you, if it's worth it.
A few scuffs, but no cracks or anything. I have both keys and the locks all work OK. I also have a very good set of standard cans if your interested. Nick
OK, thanks. I'm not worried about the scuffs but what's this on the last photo - is it a crack or is that how its meant to be? Also the frame piece: that looks like it bolts to the bike in two places - the pillion foot rest and somewhere under the side cover (I haven't been downstairs to check on mine, yet)! If possible, I'd like to keep the Ducati Performance pipes - I think that the bike has been chipped to allow for them and I think that the air filter might be a Performance one as well. I suppose that now the frames are off the bike, you can't tell me exactly how much room you have under the panniers when they are fitted to the bike. Got any photos of them when they were on the bike, so I can guess? If I buy then it would be under my responsibility that they will fit and no comeback on you. I am just trying to be sure.
