Moto Legends Bull!

  1. Just priced up some textiles from Moto legends where they state that they’ll beat any price +10% off quick check at sports bank shop and they do it 10% lower so went back to ML and they won’t The price match or the 10% lower, A bit of false advertisement I think and will take it up with their manager when I can do so.
    And continue to support sports bike shop as this seems to be the best in the country.

  3. That’s not been my experience. They’ve honoured the extra 10% on a couple of occasions, once being for a helmet that was out of stock at the outlet being matched.
     
  4. Motolegends have always price matched when I’ve enquired. Once they matched a jacket which was £200 cheaper elsewhere. And I returned something for a full refund 6 months later. Always been good service.

    Prices and offers are always good at SBS. Bought an AGV helmet in the summer which had free visor and 10% discount.

  7. I can't fault ML, if you find it advertised cheaper in the UK and is in stock they've matched and -10%. And when we were in the EU they would match the price only. And I returned a pair of Daytona boots nearly 11 months after purchase and they refunded me no hassle.
    The only thing is though, if they price match something and you wish to return it, you have to pay the postage.

  8. Use both Motolegends and SportBikeShop and happy with service from both.

    Recently ordered a Klim jacket from ML and sizing wasn't great, no problem was returned and exchanged. A few days later saw the same jacket in Helmet City for less. Snapped a pic of the jacket and the label on my phone showing the price size etc and sent it off. No problem, balance plus 10% was transfered to my card. Can't fault their service.

  9. I’m local to ML. Me and the lads have bought a few bits from them over the years. Always found them to be very open and honest, focusing on what fits and what you need rather than selling you the most expensive kit you think you need.

    Be a shame if they’ve changed their approach. Let’s hope this was an isolated incident and to panigale66 for sharing the first and follow up posts.

  11. I have never had an issue and just bought a new helmet which I got a price match less 10% so they have done a great deal again.

  13. Still curious to know why they originally refused. Based on posts here, they normally honour their price promise.

  14. Not my experience either.
    They've price matched a European supplier on a pair of Daytona boots for me and 10% price beat a UK supplier on Rukka textiles. Admittedly a couple of years ago but absolutely no qualms at all and they still advertise that they'll do it.

  16. No, they fucked me around on my first order gave me a load of bullshit and abuse...

    As one of their employees said to me twice in writing it’s not rocket science! Obviously it was to that person because he couldn’t work out how to price match and give the 10% off fucking retard.

    I standby what I originally put wont modify it or changed the title end of
