Hi All I cannot remember which thread but someone on here is a wizard with a Mill. I am looking for just such a person on a professional basis . Potentially for some aluminium fabrication. This would be at whatever is the prevailing going rate, i am not on here looking for a cheap deal. Thanks in advance Keith
@Jamie Clare There are many on here who would love to have helped, but we no longer have access to machines and some have rusty memories.
I do but its VERY old, from the 30's I think! so I am very limited in what I can do, and it takes an age doing anything!
Amazing, on and off today I’ve been thinking about a friend of mine who’s involved with a company that machines parts. Computer milling as I understand it. He’s done lots of bike parts and was asking what people wanted. Pm me and I’ll send it on to him.
Hi Sam Sorry for the delayed response to your offer of help. I will PM soon. The items are for my business partner and he discovered that in making a little tweak to the position of some holes he deleted them. Thanks keith
Depends where you are located, I know a good machinist in Kent. But I am sure if you look up local machinists / Engineering workshops. They should be able to help.
