I’d check stocks first I just contacted them for a set of dynamic indicators there’s none in stock and seems April is the delivery date. There not even being made in the factory yet.
They used to have a traffic light system n their site to say in stock/factory order/whatever red was. Couldn't see it this time though. Hope it's not that long, just ordered the race seat

I'm only interested in the parts. Sure most are. To date, I've only had to wait 10 days for a factory order so fingers crossed it's the same this time
I ordered 4 items a few weeks ago, nothing to indicate they weren’t in stock, payment taken, a week later when they haven’t arrived I email and get a response to say that one of the parts is due in in mid March ! They asked if I’d received the other items to which I said no, I’ve still not had any of the items, not overly impressive !
There’re Italian what do you expect !! Did they confirm the year when they said March or April. Fingers crossed it’s this March or April.
Nearly, they tried to impress me by saying that originally the parts were due in in April but that had been bought forward to March ! If they’ve not arrived before the weather warms up and we can go riding again I will get mightily pissed off very very quickly ! I had tried to buy from another dealer who had the decency to say that they did not have them in stock and although said they were due in couldn’t guarantee that they would arrive when they hoped ! That was Hyside Ducati, I bought my bike from them in lockdown last month, really easy to deal with, no bullshit sales patter, sensible £££, delivered my new bike and took my px back with them - only problem is I still haven’t ridden it !
Manchester - not Italy. many items say "Factory stock item" which i guess means you are in for a bit of a wait for them to be delivered.
I spoke to David Johnson seemed ok over the phone I asked if I was to buy today when could he guarantee that I’d receive them and hopefully by April was the answer. Seems COVID and brexit is causing problems I’m still waiting for a set of richer pants ordered in November with motolegends
Dont think they can hide behind covid and brexit as always had issues. Items are factory order and if the factory cant supply or havent stock then you wont get your item, but you wont know that for a month or 2 .
