  3. If you paid with a card you will be able to get a duplicate slip.

  4. Fantastic day, went for a blast with bro 6. Socially isolated on his Tuono Factory for a bit. Now that is some tool! It was a hoot. He said it could be an expensive mistake to ride it, he might have a point. Given that Ducati have made such a mistake with the Multi V4.

  5. I’ve just read on the BBC news website that Cadburys are going to present a giant chocolate bar to Rishi Sunak, the chancellor of the exchequer, ahead of this week’s budget.

It’s going to be a massive boost for the economy.

  6. 2 and a bit weeks done in London/Berlin. Home this evening and daughter time tomorrow.

  9. Fun packed day planned for today.......

Firstly I’ve got to order a new carbon water filter for the boiling tap in the kitchen, then we’re delivering a birthday cake and card to our old next door neighbour (socially distanced of course), followed by a trip to the garden centre to buy more stuff we didn’t know we needed.

The fun just never stops. Hurrah!

  10. Beats my day: At my home desk now, Zoom call with a Tokyo based eBook publisher at 9:30 followed by a works meeting with IT which is always a bore fest! Then a quick trip over in my lunch break to pick up the wife’s car & spend nearly £400 on her MOT repairs. Frankly a trip to the garden centre would sound like a blast today!

  13. Did you use Swiss Tony’s approach???

You know, starting a pressure washer is very much like making love to a beautiful woman. You must first wake her from slumber and <insert euphemism of choice> and that your pipes are <you know where this is going> ....... :joy::joy:

  14. More the Ron Jeremy approach of banging the plug in the socket. ;)

  16. I knew I had to get diesel today for some reason. You have just reminded me why. Andy

  17. Some jet washers have a thermal cut out, even though pumping hundreds of litres of water which you think would cool the motor, water is not compressible, so the pump and the electric motor has to work quite hard.

  18. They should be dropping the price at the forecourts as the barrel of crude oil is very weak these days.

  19. I thought that but the jet washer literally had been on for 3 seconds.......certainly no more than 5 seconds.

  20. Don’t hold your breath!
