Wanted Panigale Folding Brake And Clutch Levers

Discussion in 'Wanted' started by Simon19, Mar 19, 2021.

  1. As above, after some folding levers, long versions not short please.

899,959,1199,1299 are all the same I believe.

Budget up to £100, less is more obviously

  2. Do 1198 ones fit?

  3. I don’t think they do no

  4. Evotech are as good as any. Panigale folding ones here.

  5. That is useful, many thanks. Yes looks like they should fir then.

Cheers for the link, they're almost reasonably priced for new parts that fit a Ducati!

  6. I stand corrected, looks like they should fit. What have you got?

  7. I've got some aggosatto that came off my 1198S, can't get them till Sunday though and they may be short, what's short for you? I'll collect them Sunday from my other house ( mid move)

  8. I see accossato list short, medium and long but it doesnt give you a dimension. TWM list 195mm from pivot to the end of the blade for long and 173mm for short. I'll measure up what I've got on there at the moment tomorrow and let you know what they are, I wouldnt want to go any shorter than whats on there now.

  10. I know they're a few quid over but Evotech kit is second to none.

  11. All nice kit but ultimately they're going on a race bike so will likely be scuffed on the end sonner or later hence I dont want to spend money where I dont have to. The levers on there now are some clunky unbranded things that are a bit short for my taste, but are serviceable. If I can pick up something like TWM or EvoTech secondhand for £60 - £80 and keep my current as spares thats really what I'm after.

  12. I bought my TWM ones second hand from somebody here. Great price and spotlessly clean.

  13. Well if you’re looking to sell them....

  14. My current levers are about 190mm from pivot to the end of the lever so i'd be looking for something about that or longer, which would mean Accossato 'long' rather than 'short'. Let me know once you've dug yours out. Cheers
