  2. This or something very similar was discussed on a while ago. IMO, it’s a solution looking for a problem, where there isn’t one. Andy

  3. This has been totally hidden by the scumbag y/t & google.

I own the system made & developed by John Henry over a period of 12years.

All the other types now available are copies or designs based on this guys concept.

  4. Changed the video at the bottom because that actually demonstrates the various modes very well.

I don't have mine wired to the bike, the module simply sits in a tank bag. And still most modes will be available during day & night, sound & without sound. It's the system I'd still recommend & now under $200'

  5. Seems like a nice idea but I doubt if it's road legal. I think lights must be constant not flashing.

  6. Can be constant or flashing

  7. I'm pretty sure its legal these days as KTM have it in their upgrade package for the new 1290 SDR.
As to whether modulated brake lights are a good idea, we will probably need to see a few court precidents where they have been cited during rear ending accidents. "They distracted and subsequently dazzled me, and that brief momentary pause caused me to collide with the motorcycle........"
Can see that getting thrown into the pot by the defence.

  8. Cannot see that being cited, you could use the same defence that the brake light dazzled me, if that was the case. They don't have to flash, so act just like a brake light.

  9. experienced riders touch the rear brake( not using brake) just for the light when necessary. So seems a bit pointless.

  11. I fitted the Smart Brake Module to my bike about a year ago, but haven’t used the bike since because I’ve been out of the country for 11 months, so I can’t comment on how well it works. I fitted it because I don’t use the brakes very much when riding so I thought it would be a good idea that my brake light came on when I slowed down even if I wasn’t braking.

  12. If anybody is interested in the Brake module there is a 30% off code ridesmart33
