Fitted a ilberger carbon belly pan and ride next week...

Had to free off the exhaust valve. Looks like this need maintaining often as it looks like the cable gets gunked up and seizes, then the servo doesn’t operate and gives an engine light. Clean d inside the fairings and around the engine.

 

Mine got jammed up with a small stone. I removed the motor & cables in the end, then fitted the Healtech pluggin to remove the fault light. It also has a deeper tone now at lower revs.

 

Yamaha Exup, fookin shite ripped the lot out.

 

What happens to the valve in the exhaust? Must say it’s in a poor location

 

It’s left in position; the spring keeps it open all the time.

Liking it so far, only ridden it twice, but done more miles than it did all of last year.
Bike came with some nice extras, I've fitted a evotech tail tidy so far and have some DP indicators on order.
