How you doing forum benders and lezzers!! Long time no speak weird Ducati freaks. Thinking of a second car, always hated the Civic type R cause it was designed by a prepubescent 9 year old. But they now do a Sport Line with a smaller wing, the victorian prostitutes boudoir red seats are gone and one inch smaller wheels for a better ride. That or another Golf GTi . What do we reckon weird Duc riding fkers?? Yours KTM still rocks!! Ps. All Duc riders still gay !!!
For what purpose are you looking to buy it? Sounds like a silly question. But road and track? Just road? what kind of driving do you do?
It's just as a second everyday car. Golf gti or Civic type R sport line? Ps. All is well Duc weirdos, you all good?
My advice then. Get something with a centre console that doesn’t make it difficult to blow him. I’d go for the golf personally. for the road I’d get a Golf R though. That’s all the road car you ever need. They’re great
I had a Civic Type R and before that an Integra Type R, the R badge back in those days meant something... handbuilt engines, thinner glass, titanium gear knobs etc. Now they just look like they've smashed through the front window at Halfords. I also had an R32 many years ago, nice car very thirsty but solid and reliable. The boy racer says Civic, the thinking man says GTI.
Alright cvnty bollox! Long time Just bought a SDR for summertime shits and giggles. Love it! A second car for you? Let’s think... ah yes, one of those Fiat 500’s. In pink
Joking aside, they're actually fun to drive. Especially when thrashing the t*ts off them I hired one in Spain and liked it! It wasn't pink though.....
I spent a bit of time doing some work with the abarth versions. I honestly can’t stand them. Handle like a shopping trolly (the race cars had a habit of ending up upside down). Characterless engine, nippy but not fast by any stretch. Flat, laggy mehhh. Tiny inside, horrible driving position. Shite EPAS system with no feel, massively over servo’d. Brakes weren’t up to much. ride quality similar to a bread tray. Didn’t like the gearbox either, and the semi auto MTA thing is pony. My ex had a Comp for 6 months despite my best efforts to talk her out of it.
Ha ha, fair enough! But you're kinda level to me. A track test driver. I'm just a knobber thrashing a hire car in Spain
Hire cars are the fastest cars on the planet! I actually weirdly enjoy the normal 500 for what it is. Maybe because it isn’t trying to be something that it isn’t? I don’t know. The twin air is a fun thing to Chuck about. a much softer affair, a lot more feel and more fun from the pliable chassis which isn’t sprung like the abarths (scaffold board) type suspension.
