That was up for auction a few weeks ago at a £1 start. Got to £4,100 but didn't make the seller's reserve. I guess we now know what he thinks it is worth, which appears to be a little more than buyers are prepared to pay. It's the same scammer that was closed down this morning. Hacked another poor sods account no doubt. My guess is it's deliberate so the gullible think they are getting a mis-catalogued steal.
I was listening on the radio earlier today in the van when the author was discussing her book; Sleeping with a psychopath, turns out that she'd handed over £800.000 pounds to a conman , so plenty outthere that trip over their shoe laces on a daily basis.
999R in Ashford Kent, all very strange as the other 999R that listed was under Ashford at £14.995 with the damaged carbon fiber wich is still listed, but it's been changed to another location name.....do your checks folks.! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/13374664...rentrq:26a2c0431790ab8cd7e39e9efffe1785|iid:1
absolutely and makes me smile to remember a similar bike strategically photoed to obscure part of the front fairing which was later revealed to have something wrong with it - i.e. - the "hidden" part of the front fairing.
Quite frankly if i was being honest with myself not until recent times that i'd changed my opinion with that particular design.
Up to speed with that one this morning, but two for sale at the same one horse town in the same week.
I've a 749r, which I think is all the awesome, just the early 999R's just look pony with that Swingarm and only make the same poke as the late 999s.
