Anyone Know What Make And Model This Is..

My limited knowledge says it looks like a Panther, possibly 350 or 500, but I could be completely wrong.

I mate of mine chopped a 600 panther and painted it pink, this was in the 70’s
Was often seen around Canterbury.
As I remember they seemed to fire about every lamp post, long stroke engine.
These were mainly used for sidecars, due to the long wheelbase.
