Well it must have been cold this morning as the boiler kicked in, i was having a good day until i checked out the post with a letter from DVLA saying that i NO longer own the last vehicle that i bought in november...more stress.!
DVLA usually write to the person in possession of the logbook warning them that someone is attempting to obtain the logbook. Least that was the procedure when my neighbours bike had an attempt to clone it, he was required by DVLA to provide photographs of the bike frame and engine numbers also photo’s of the whole bike.
I received a road fund licence refund after only just two months on the highway last tues / weds for some odd reason dated the 29/04/21 and now this so something's going on. Perhaps a DVLA glitch or something more sinister.
The DVLA in Wales is in dire straights, significant percentage of employees down with COVID related health issues. I have a feeling this will take you time to sort out as they weren't taking phone calls. HMRC and DWP don’t have the same problem with staff and COVID but they still took 4 months to respond to my letters. Andy
Well i still have the motorbike under lock & key plus the paperwork file / V5 document so should not be a real problem.
You can check the registration number for tax and MoT status on the DVLA web site. If it shows as taxed, you’ll know something is definitely wrong. Andy
Why employ apes when you can get chimpanzees, so that's good and bad news then on fixing the problem but also the landrover V5 took many months for closure with NO response on two letters sent out back in january, plus another letter of complaint with this vehicle.
Yes i'd that straightaway after the unwanted & unrequested refund, vehicle status says mot is good but no road tax, just imagine if i was stopped by the boys in blue last week explaining the issue with those wooden tops.
Brother in law and wife came over from Bramhall this morning with more plants for us, before SWMBO and sister in law went off to a local gardening club’s plant sale for even more plants! Me and brother in law went for a walk around the village instead. Had a lovely lunch in the garden as it was still dry and not too cold Now watching the FA Cup Final
You’ve just been corrected by MrsScud ‘Participated on a ceramics lesson and threw a piece of ware on a potters wheel’ Any pictures for assessment?
