I love this sort of stuff .... getting at things that the manufacturers want to lock us out of ,
and force us to go to the dealers.
That unit certainly has a good spec regarding the read / write functions , but a pricey bit of kit
for the home user .

BTW - If anyone is curious about the Spanish audio , you're not missing anything ....
..... the guy is literally describing what the camera is showing us , nothing extra

He hasn't changed his screen language options to Spanish though .... ?

" a BIT cheaper " from Lithuania ..... wow , more than just a bit !

For me , this is all part of a much bigger issue ..... The Right To Repair
It's gaining a lot of momentum in the USA , with legal challenges against manufacturers
who are intentionally locking-out owners from vehicles that belong to the owner , not to the manufacturer .

I haven't seen a similar campaign in Europe though ....
