Evening all, I'm on the lookout for a tank in good condition to fit any capacity of SS or a 900 Superlight from 92-97, preferably in red. I don't mind if it's already repaired, in fact that's probably a good thing! If you have anything kicking around please let me know. Cheers, Coose
Thanks, I do have my eye on that one but I was hoping for one that was already painted. I have a number of eSkip searches, trying to weed out anything that may be suitable...
@Coose Have you thought of buying this whole bike ? You could use the tank and break the rest or keep some parts as spares etc . Please let me know if you do as I`m after a front mudguard. I cant quite justify buying the whole bike just for the mudguard .
I've got a Red 600SS front guard somewhere, will try to look it out tomorrow and see what state it's in. Nasher.
I didn't go for it in the end. If it'd not sold and he'd taken a grand for it then I would've, but at £1300 plus juice and a tank that's apparently rust-free but you don't know until you see it....
Still looking for a nice tank if anyone has one? I've missed out on two this week and am being messed around on two others...
