A 600ss is also a single pipe, although obviously can change the 750/900 to single easy enough. Engine looks just like the one in my 600ss too. I've asked them a couple of questions.
Keep up Andy as the prices are rising on most of the Ducati secondhand range these days for some odd reason, perhaps because the dealers are pushing the envelope and this trickles down to the private sellers as the prices increase over time.
Having a laugh, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/224495900222?hash=item3444ff963e:g:4O4AAOSwm7ZgxaEa. Yes, very few came to the UK, IIR, single figures but £45K ? Andy

Ebay are rather useless these days at sorting out any problems whatsoever, with very shiny TV adverts but a very third rate company these days in reality,Imo
1098s in Tricolore colours, at under £10k what's not to like especially when the R's are at silly money now, are you really going to notice the difference in power on the public roads. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/184869006737?hash=item2b0b0d2d91:g:VIgAAOSwL4tguOv7
always been a fan of these. what does he mean about the fairings and the original black plastic vs current carbon jobbies?
interesting 1299 (and various other items) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/304031501117?hash=item46c9b08b3d:g:tY0AAOSw14lgxmB6
The Tricalore didn’t come with much carbon so the seller has changed the plastic trim under the front of the seat/tank and the belly pan. The R had a one piece carbon belly pan but there was a two piece in carbon that appears to have been more commonly used. I wonder if he also did a carbon front mudguard, key surround, speedo surround and the fairing panel above the front mudguard ? He should definitely have fitted slash cut cans though Andy
In ‘standard’ spec, the 1098R produced a claimed 20hp and 10 lbft of torque more than the 1098S. A 1098R with 70mm Termignoni full system and DP ‘Race’ ECU, claimed 190+hp and over 100 lbft of torque, whilst with a similar exhaust and ECU, the 1098S claimed figures on a par with the ‘standard’ 1098R. Believe me, you will notice the difference Andy
!00% on the specification frontbut your average rider on the highway won't notice and if he or she did they ain't gonna use it like God intended.
