  1. It's only an end can so I would hesitate a guess and say yes, it still has the cat and I assume still have the exhaust valve also.

Edit: Just checked the photo again, the cables for the exhaust valve are still there, so I'm gonna say yes.

  2. New end can and another trip for this year down to South Wales, 6000 miles done i’ve had a couple of issues namely left-hand switch gear and slave cylinder due to water damage but all sorted under warranty apart from that all good love the bike. I took a GT out the other week and was really impressed with it and would consider swapping in the future, it’s a shame Ducati have priced many people out of the market unless you’re prepared to buy on a PCP deal which I not. 0501CC8A-410F-4740-9EBE-EA6E97BE85B2.jpeg A5701549-DABE-4AE2-9E36-389BF8C1DE11.jpeg

  3. Couldn't handle the constant browsing any longer. Ordered an orange gen 3 this morning, for pick up next weekend.
First street bike I will have had in 3 yrs, so to say I'm gonna be a tad impatient for the next 7 days is an understatement.

  4. Brilliant, you’ll love it. Had I blast on mine last week before I headed back to work. What a hoot they are :p

  5. Where did you order from and what sort of deal?

I'm perilously close to making a decision on a black gen 3.

I'm still really in two minds though. Had a gen 1 loved it, found the Gen 3 slightly less ergonomic for me although I'm looking into what adjustments I can make to sort it

Tried out the SF v4s and thought it was epic, but the harsh reality is that with only an 80 mile range, no fuel gauge, no CC and akra full system's at more than double the price of the sd I'm really struggling to spend £20k that way

I kinda want a SF but it just feels hard to work for what I'd like from it.

Theres apparently a SF v2 coming which might be about right when I think about it

Obviously it won't have the gucci active ohlins, but if it's the same sort of size and frame as the v4, but has a more torquey V2 engine likely running 150bhp, possibly a 50% extra range (120 ish maybe) and priced at sub £15k, I could add some lovely aftermarket suspension and trick it out.

But we all know it still won't come with a fucking fuel gauge :joy:

I really need another ride on the Gen 3

  6. Loving mine….. Still missing the Pani V4 but in the real world I’m sticking with my Daily Fonda Neo and the RR for some proper madness! Hopefully track day build Moto 2 style over winter:eek:…. But no more sports bikes for the roads! They just make zero senseo_O

  7. @damodici
    From Teasdales.
To be fair there were better cash prices to be had down south, but as they are my closest dealer and still over an hour away, I had to factor in service/warranty support too. Was list for the bike, tech pack, evotech tail tidy and first service thrown in plus the best overal pcp % deal I had managed to find across the dealer network. I'm more than happy.
I had to go with a 21 bike due to my colour choice, but they have an unregistered 2020 in black for 14.5k if that floats your boat.

  8. Nice, if I go for a black model I'll be working on something similar design wise to the rr to add a bit of flare

How's the AR stubby sound using the stock headers?

  12. Kestrel Coventry are doing 0% deals ATM they only have Black left, my bud spoke to them Thursday for a PX against his very new BMW S1000R. Salesman admitted they just aren’t shifting the Black version compared with the Orange.

  13. I'd rather the black for a change, tanks gloss and not Matt like the blue so easier to stay on top of, but I reckon blacks a better base for adding some graphics and stuff

  14. Kestrel only have the Black, salesman said he’d sold his last Orange and couldn’t get any of the Orange from KTM. So he might be willing to do a better deal on his Black stock was my point not very well put in my initial reply. ;)

  16. Would definitely say it’s acceptable and not hideously loud, just enough without being obnoxious or annoying. Certainly easier to live with than the V4 with Akropovics! As intoxicating like a full on race bike sounds after a while you find yourself doubling up on ear plugs! So I can definitely recommend it:upyeah: I’ve got the full on Akropovic EVO Titanium system sat in the box and ready to fit up over the winter:D

  17. Any who go for the orange/blue combo (like me) get it PPF'd, you can but a satin and gloss kit saves the tank getting shiny etc.

Had mine nearly a year now, the free 12 months tax runs out this week as a gentle reminder. I still absolutely love this bike, come rain or shine it just makes me laugh.

Not done much to mine since all of the early stuff (rad guard, tail tidy, AR can, evotech glass clutch cover etc, dropped 1 tooth on the front), last thing I did was fit throttle spacers which took the slack out and the pickup is even more instant now.

Was out around the peak district on Saturday enjoying the quiet roads with all of the fuel panic buying (although I filled up twice without drama), rear tyre is shot so the wheel came out yesterday ready for some new rubber.

  18. I’m heading back to Devon tonight.

Can’t wait to head out for a blast. The full Akra system is calling out for me, like a horny mountain goat trying to find a mate.....
