  1. The Cleaner, Greg Davis, BBC comedy. 1 episode in, funny so far

  2. Very good. I reckon he'll get a BAFTA for it.

  3. Couldn't get on with it myself.

  4. Re The Cleaner

I've watched the first 2 or 3 to see if I got into it. It was OK, but I'm particularly motivated to watch more.

  5. Austin Powers - Goldmember.
Had forgotten how Bloody hilarious this is. Sides were aching laughing.

  6. Just watched the match between Bristol bears against Harlequins, they come back from 21 points down and won in style.

  7. Maid, Netflix
    Tis good.

  8. On series 4 of The Wire. It’s very good, though very difficult to understand some of the street gang patois :)

  9. tried to watch F1 from start via Player as was over 30 mins running but wasn't possible so might try later today.

  10. I watched that one just based on his grid penalty, nothing exciting about it apart from Lewis carving his way through traffic.

  11. I haven’t watched F1 for about 6 years now I guess. Came across it last night whilst channel hopping. My lord it is dull . Be at least another 6 years or more hopefully before I catch it again.

  12. Yes it's so dull they've to pad out the programme with ex-drivers talking turkey all day.

  13. The Complaints Department - comedy panel show hosted by Jason Manford. Not bad.
Undeniable - comedy panel show hosted by Rob (surname escapes me - lots of big teeth). Not bad.

  14. Alma's Not Normal

Big dreams, no qualifications and always herself. Mum’s been sectioned, Gran’s too busy, but after a messy break-up, wild child Alma aims to break free in Bolton.

  15. Kiri - Netflix - Sarah Lancashire as a child welfare officer who leaves her charge with the child's grandparents but the child goes missing and is murdered. Good story line (up to 2nd episode only so far) and excellent performance by SL

  16. I'm in the middle of the last series of The Wire.

Might watch The Squid Game next :)

  17. Midnight Mass on Netflix

If you like horror/suspense it'll be up your street, bit slow, very dark I'm about 4 episodes in and it's starting to ramp up quite a bit.

A lot of cast from the haunting of bly manor and hill house.

    Also watching Des on catch-up

  18. Sorry if already suggested. Just watched and enjoyed ‘Paris Police 1900’ on iPlayer. It’s in French but persevere with the subtitles for an excellent series (8 episodes). Based around actual events in ‘turn of the century’ Paris.

  19. Started watching Hansel and Gretal last night. Some famous faces in what can only be described as a (unintentional) comedy horror adventure.

  20. Finished watching The Wire. I enjoyed it even though I couldn’t understand a word any of the “street” characters said/mumbled.

I’m now watching the Squid Game and I’m on episode 4 already :)
