  3. Then, dark skies forming...just arriving home.
    That falls well.

    ...and still in the good books , someone has stocked the fridge with quality cold beer

  6. Did the Pyrenees for a 5 day trip early September. Was a bit warmer then. Recognise many of your photos. You think that fuel is expensive but the GF and I were on an R1250RS and a S1000XR, so both needed fuelling every time, but it is only fun money so who cares.
    Did a couple of weeks in Corsica late September.

  7. I've done Corsica a couple of times, truly amazing for motorbikes! Stunning!

    Ferry is cheap too for a bike +1

    Germany, Spain, Corsica on the list..
     
  9. Did a month round Germany on the Ducatis a couple of years ago, loved the place, but have lived there for many years as an Army brat and done two tours there in the RAF.

  11. Verdon is great. I stayed at Barjols last year and rode the gorge. Would love to go back.
