Hi, I have had a search but not found any info on fitting a scotoiler to a 1200s GT 2014 Multistrada, does anyone have link please......sorry if been asked before
I can't advise on Scotoiler, but I can advise on a UK alternative that's about the same price and I think better value for money. I've been using the PDOiler on my Multi since it was new (that's 8 years now and it's still working). It's compact, electric and you can easily tap into the rear accessory socket to power it when the ignition is on. https://pdoiler.co.uk/ Almost this should fit strapped to the rear subframe between the gap to the inside of the rear fairing or along one of the passenger footrest mounts. Another to consider it the Tutoro which is motion activated.
I Used the pre existing vacuum tap on the right hand side of bike inlet manifold rubber (horizontal head), there is a blanking screw that just needs removing then fit the brass connector from the scotoiler kit reuse the washer from the blanking screw. I then fed the vacuum pipe up to the frame and tiewrapped it on. Then down side of petrol tank fairing and followed the ABS lines under the cover next to the battery (yellow tiewrap in the pic) I fitted the reservoir the same as in the video above. My oil feed line similar to the above video but i also tiewrapped to the chain rubber under the swinging arm with the oil feed tube on the outside.
