  1. ...but you can get a synthetic artificial cappuccino[/QUOTE]

At least you can get one , you can't even get a drink at Bridgewater Ducati as the cafe was deemed as not making enough money ,so thats the last time i treat that as a destination ride out

  2. Didn’t Adam used to work there who then started up VDuo motorcycles in Lincoln...he knew his stuff.

Noticed Italia Moto have some nice bikes for sale on eBay, what happens to his stock ? goes to the highest bidder in the trade ?

  3. Yep , Adam Wood at Vduo - top man.

  5. Dropped in today to take a look around only Jon their i recognize - no Phil. Parts section closed maybe 20 bikes up for sale. Small rail of Duke clothing on discount sale.

Kawazaki section all cleared out and now shows Phil's model aircraft range. Shame Phil was not in because I would have liked to josh him about 75% of the 30 or so aircraft being Nazi models :-0

  6. Had a peek in the window yesterday, if you're into old laverda 180 triples they've got a quite rare Formula 1200 Mirage that started off at a quid off £20k when it first appeared - now down to £15K!

  10. For over 30 years Phil and the staff at Italia Moto (previously Italia Classics) have looked after Ducati owners in Lincolnshire with passion, skill and dedication. But sadly Phil has decided to retire and is closing the shop permanently at the end of November 2021.

However in a twist of good fortune for all concerned, B and B Suzuki in Lincoln are taking up the Ducati baton! Gary the technician from Italia will move to B and B in December and continue to service Ducati as well as taking on Suzuki maintenance work. Luckily Gary is well qualified on Italian and Japanese bikes as well as being an experienced MoT tester. So it will be 'grazie mille and arrivaderci' to Italia Moto and 'benvenuto' to B and B.

  11. I've never been there, but when I was considering a new GSX-R1000R back in the summer, I had good chat with them on the phone. And they came across as good old school bike dealers.
