  3. Never purchased from them before but when i was looking for CF goodies i always found Ilmberger to be top of the recommended list.

For reference i used Carbon2Race for my Aprilia.

  5. Had a few carbon parts from Ilmberger on my 1260 and fantastic quality. Equally as good as the Ducati stuff.

Ordered mine direct from Ilmberger, prices seemed good until I got hit £36:00 for taxes, duties etc but still only a couple of quid higher than anywhere else. Better if you order more than one part I guess. If the part is out of stock you can put on back order and not pay until back in stock. Great service..

  9. And don’t forget to factor in UK VAT if Ilmberger is not registered in the UK for VAT collection and import duty if the parts are made outside the EU and your purchase costs over £135. Andy

  10. Yea I reckon with the current exchange rate all 3 parts will cost me approx £400.00+ VAT + couriers disbursement charge. I reckon around £480 - £500.00 inc everything. When compared to £320 for a ducati performance rear hugger only I don't think the price is too bad.

Just heard back from them, lead time approx 12-16 weeks so just in time for the nicer weather next year :)

  11. Have looked at Ilmberger for the Hyper 950 but they do not list the bike so been tempted by a company in Canada called Moto Composites.Has anyone used this company? They supply quite a few parts fot the Hyper.

  12. I looked at Fullsix, but they don’t have anything for the Diavel 1260, looks only for the old Diavel.

  14. I’ve used carbon king for a replacement front muddy on the 900ss
Top quality and fast service, can recommend them.

  15. yes my bike is plastered in their kit, lovely.

  16. Plus one for King Carbon & FFcarbon.

  17. I have Ilmberger carbon rear huggers on both my 916 and 998 and quality is absolutely top notch. Most parts are offered either in gloss or matt clear coat finish. Their bigger parts come delivered in plain clothe bags (which I now use for dirty laundry bags when I travel). Properly brilliant packaging. Premium quality, which in turn calls for premium pricing, though. But you do get what you pay for.

I also used to have a bunch of their carbon on my 939 Supersport as well. Looked super slick!

  18. Excellent quality, one of the best in my experience.

  19. Bought a set of lower exhaust shields from them for my Panigale V4...nice enough pieces out of the box and fit was dead on. But the clear coat on the carbon hazed, went milky, then browned over time due to the heat. They came with stick on shielding on the insides but just weren't up to the task...a fools errand looking back as the stock box gets real hot. Nobody else I've ever seen produces this part in carbon...so they (fullsix, ilmberger, etc..) all knew something motocomposites didn't. Anyway, I sent them pics, they refunded my purchase price, and promised to pull the product from their site (which they did). So grade A on the customer service at least...
