V4 Pikes Peak

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by Steelboss, Oct 10, 2021.

  1. I noticed that too, but am prepared to pay for quality. The R&G one looks a bit pants, so as long as this is smaller and of better quality, I’ll be getting one.

I’m also hoping they develop an engine guard and crash bobbins in time for the new bike, which Gary said should hopefully be available.

  2. We all love Gary .....

  3. Just saw the first pic of the Evo tail tidy on their website as well. Looks a lot more OEM in style compared to the other options which is a good thing imho.[IMG]

  4. Looks good. I’m still coming to terms that it’s four times the price of the R&G version, but Evotech kit is the best around.

  7. He said it wasn’t a review. What didn’t you like?

  8. might not be the most comprehensive 'review' but i enjoyed it :upyeah:

  9. Seems like a good vid to cure insomia. Couldnt get more than 6 mins in on FF trying to see if it improved. Like watching someone reading a phone directory.

  10. Cheesy american face with always good, everything is the best attitude.

  11. Once they’re in dealers, maybe you could record a miserable hateful video, just to balance things out a bit.

  12. He seems to like it.

  13. Its a brave man that gets invited to an expenses paid Press Launch and then slates the product :)
He is just a youtuber that wants an invite to the next Press event - what else would you expect?
I have no doubt the PP is a great bike but there will be some niggles that a respected and experienced bike reviewer will mention.

  14. With over a million subscribers (which has to be one of the biggest bike subs on YT), he’s obviously well liked. Have a look at some of his other videos, he’s not always entirely complimentary.

  15. I liked it , guy was happy , into his bikes , and the racer guy could wheelie almost as well as me :grinning::grinning::grinning::confused:

  16. It's a given that it's going to be a very good bike but the video tells the watcher nothing useful about it.

The vloggers are getting very dull these days..but it's free advertising to every company that gets their products reviewed.

  17. Still worth the watch as we are unable to get our hands on the new bike , roll on this month as mines on it way , pity no sunshine to run it in , but heated gear and the addition of winter training , all good to sharpen the skills .

  18. The profanity turns me off but I didn't mind this video once past that and the Oooo's, Ahaaa's and the rest of the gawking.
